'Fold,' in felt of newish flat roof.

I've noticed a slight fold in the felt of my flat roof, which was installed last winter.
It seems to have come away from the layer beneath, and full of air. There are a few spots like this, I've pictured the worst. I'm wondering if this is a problem to be.
Though there would have been a fair amount of expansion and contraction this winter, my neighbors flat roof which is just over a year old, doesn't seem to have this.
Amy thoughts much appreciated.

It's very slight air bubble but might need attention before it maybe gets worse. When you say 'last winter' I'm thinking 2020/21? Have you not noticed it before? Has it got worse since last year? Do you have any leaks?Do you have the name of the company who installed it? It's worth contacting them to report this and see what they say.

Thank you for the reply. The roof was done last October/November.
Do you know what would would be needed, to rectify? I really don't want patches on a newish roof. Is it very likely to be an issue? There are a few other spots also, though not as noticeable as this.
