Benchmarx complaint

Hi anybody had any joy making a complaint about the customer service at a benchmarx depot. I tried to resolve the issue with the depot in questions but keep getting fobbed off.

Hi yes the issue is, I ordered the a new kitchen including slab tek worktops in ice white through benchmark, communication from the onset wasn't great they were laying every problem off with Covid as an excuse. My Kitchen fitter recommend them so i persevered. the kitchen was delivered with some items missing which they said wouldn't effect the build (the work tops being part of this )  when the work tops arrived they were the wrong colour something called Marmo, when I checked the order sheet it had Marmo on it but that wasn't what i ordered. they got the worktops replaced but a week later and I was stuck with no kitchen and then the extra cost of the fitter to come back and install, when I complained they accepted it was their error and offered to pay for a days work. when I said it took 2 day to fit and there were other items missing they shifted their stance to I should have checked the order form. I pointed out that you need to be a kitchen fitter to understand what half the item were and I had returned £450 worth of kit they supplied because it wasnt needed, they remain firm that it was my responsibility to check. Im pressing to recoup the 2 days extra pay it has cost me and compensation for the inconvenience. so far no joy anyone else had to take this further offer any advice ? its a pity really because the kitchen is great ! but I wouldn't recommend them based on their customer services.

You are unlikely to get anything out of them by way of compensation for inconvenience.  Good to hear that you do like the kitchen.  It's unfair to condemn the whole of the Benchmarx organisation because of a bad experience with one location.
