I am director of a small ltd company that owns 2 buildings outright which are let. I am looking to buy another property and am asking for advice on the best way to go about this. In my mind it would be to get a mortgage on one of the existing properties. Would I be right and how would i go about doing this?

Is the only turnover in relation to the properties? Are they commercial or residential?
Either way you can speak to a commercial mortgage broker.0
