No contact from British Gas

We are with British Gat atm, we pay £97 per month. When I go on their website or app it says I am not with them for energy, tho I’m paying and power is on!
anyone else have this? I’ve had no contact from them recently apart from a monthly email with a link to my account, I try this and it says I don’t have energy with them so can’t access my account. So should I contact them or wait and see what happens, I don’t want a massive backdated bill from them!

How exactly are you "with" British Gas? Did you sign up for a tariff with them, were you transferred as part of SoLR, did you move into a new property? How do you pay them £97 pcm?

If you put your address in here, who does it say your energy supplier is?

Have you checked your details on the national databases? Who do they say your supplier is?
