    I’m going through a similar situation with octopus, I joined them over 3 years ago to go on to there go tariff but never been billed correctly and allowed to go into arrears, then arrange payment plans only to go into arrears as the electricity was not being billed, apparently if they don’t get a half hour reading they just don’t bill you till the end of the year, Evan after calls that I’m not being billed correctly this just went on and on
