Freestanding tap shower head angles

Just had our bathroom done and had a free standing tap put in. When looking at these, it seemed a common trait that the shower head attachment sits upright, rather than being tilted forwards. The upshot of this is when you use it, you either have to give it a really good shake, leave it in the tub or it drips for a bit due to last bit of water in the head. Seems a fairly common design but would have thought would be an option to have it tilt forwards, or some kind of third party solution to facilitate this

Image below of setup, sorry if its huge. I suppose even tilted it may drip, but an option to have it horizontal would probably solve it. It's not the end of the world and just a few drops, just trying to solutionise it I guess. I've seen some products like this, but don't think the angle will be quite enough https://www.amazon.co.uk/KES-Connector-Adjustable-Extension-Universal/dp/B07R4SM16T?th=1
