Is anyone with Utilita and paying monthly for gas and electric?

We are with Utilita and pay monthly. I submit the readings online around the 26th of the month and the new bill always appears on the 4th of the following month.
As yet we have not had the new bill and I'm wondering why. Ive tried the 'speak to us' function online but it cant understand anything which does not fall into the FAQ bracket so no luck there. I tried calling but just get on hold for ages.
Just wondered if anyone else is with them and has had their bill this month.
