Yes they will be continuing trustees. My mum was a trustee of the trust set up for my stepdads share of their property. She has to be removed so that it can be put in his daughters name but just his 50% share. We made a solicitors appointment today to go over it and for her to make a new will. Sounds like it is above board though. I have now read the will and the deed of resignation of trustee makes it clear it only refers to my stepdads share of the propertygetmore4less said:If there is a life interest then they don't register as beneficiary they register as trustee.
