Should I apply for Certificate of satisfaction OR cancellation? Or both?

I had a Judgement made against me on 01/03/22 and paid the Claimant on 03/03/22.

I want this judgement completely removed from the Registrar of County Court Judgements and so am going to file an N443 form.

This form allows both a certificate of satisfaction and cancellation to be applied for, however, I am not sure if I should apply for one or the other, or both. Which option is best to apply for considering I have paid the debt within the deadline and want the judgement removed:

A: Cancellation
B: Satisfaction
C: Cancellation AND Satisfaction

If option C is chosen and certificates of both Cancellation AND Satisfaction are applied for, will this require a £30 fee as opposed to the usual £15?

In addition, where should I address the envelope containing my N443 form? The county court where the judgement was made?

Thanks
