My sis in law wants us to arrange to come with us on holiday. She lives elsewhere in the country

She wants us to pay her share by CC. She will reimburse us

I need to know if the company folds would all 3 of us be protected by an S75 or just the 2 of us as the card is in my name

My understanding is that if the three of you book together on the same invoice, then the entire invoice price of the booking would be refunded if you pay at least some of it by credit card and the company folds.
