Thoughts on this fixed deal -British Gas
Hi, my current dual fuel fixed deal ends in 14th April with British Gas. They have offered me another fixed deal which is below;
2 Year fixed deal no exit fee
Electricity -42.03p per day. Unit rate day- 36.14 per kwh
Gas- 33.31p
per day. Unit rate day- 9.01 per kwh
I am trying to establish whether this is a good deal or if I should stick with the variable rate, recognising costs are likely to continue to increase.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance.

Hi, I was offered the exclusive fixed energy v12 single rate for 2 years with british gas. I normally pay £76 a month/950 a year. but will be paying £175 a month/2111 a year for 2 years. I don't know if its a good deal or not
Can't really afford the extra 100 a month but could also go up again and I will be locked in, so won't be so bad. Lol.
Any one got any advice? Thanks0
