Does anyone know or have any experience with this property management company? Due to be buying an ex council flat and I presume they were appointed once the estate was privatised. Just don't know if they're good bad or dreadful.

HAs tend to have bought or had Council houses/flats transferred to them under stock transfer.
Thus remaining under the umbrella of a social landlord.
I have no experience but once clarified I'm sure someone will.
I will say I think HAs can be easier to work with than random or big property management companies.0
