Selling our house - confused by B13 land registry letter

We are selling our home and buying a new home and this week received this (attached) in the post. I don't understand at all what it is saying. Not sure what powergrid applying to register an easement (whatever this means!) has to do with us selling our home? Can anyone help me understand the legal jargon please? Going to show this to my solicitor tomorrow but wondered what people's thoughts were in the meantime.

they look like they were built around that time.0 -
This is in connection with your current home yes?It appears that Northern Power want to register an easement over your land ie a right of access presumably for an electric cable and/or pole over your land.It seems that their right to do this was agreed in a deed dated 2015, although you do not seem to be party to that deed.I woulda) get a copy of that deed to see what is says: Land Registry title number DU347574 apply using form OC2 here (£7)b) register your objection within the time limit (22/3/22)0

I was stressing the fact that there is a deadline to be borne in mind!OP has already said he's calling his solicitor tomorrow and if solicitor advises doing nothing, doubtless OP will follow his professional's advice.

Check the planning that will probably have the details of the land that was built on.
Not sure what DU347574 has to do with it that's in a different town
