If it’s anything like ours they won’t let you do it until after you’ve moved in.I think it was worthwhile for us as they certainly picked up things that I wouldn’t have. It was goo just being able to give the list to the developer.0

We did it once we’d completed and it was good. Showed us things we wouldn’t have known, but also - importantly- told us it wasn’t a complete dogs dinner which was reassuring.0
