Update 19/03/2022

So my neighbor, aka that ticket guy, had been on fire and gave me another one on the 16th. (I've taken measure to prevent any future ticket for now...)

I wonder if the chance for them to bring me to court is higher now, considering 2 new tickets + 1 old 2018 one, while I parked at my own place with the same car?

Initial post 06/03/2022

yo guys, long time no see, glad to see everyone's well XD

https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5905605/pcm-parking-charge-notice-at-my-own-residential-car-parking-space/p1

It's been a while since my last dealing with PCM at my own place. I had a look at what I did last time... and will do the same this time

Just wanna double check that Parking Control Management (UK) Ltd is an IPC member only right? When I got on to IPC site, I saw BPA logo at the bottom... https://theipc.info/aos-members/p/?page=1 (checked BPA site, PCM is not on it...)

If so, it's plan B for me again then...

In case you guys wonder what happened to my flat's managing company and/or MP. Well, we've changed 3 managing companies since my last post... and I don't think I've heard back from MP (or I didn't write), can't remember, as last time PCM went silent after 4 debt collector letters lol

Please confirm the full name of the PPC as there are several with similar initials, especially as you have already made a typo when quoting them.

A PPC can be a member of more than one trade association, but can only be registered on one Approved Operator Scheme.

The roundel on signs and documents will tell you to which AoS they belong.

There should only ever be one.

bump as updated on 19 march
I'm confused. Your initial post mentioned today's date, even though it was posed two weeks ago.

Now you bump your thread (which MSE Towers does not allow) today, referring to today's date, but give no further information.

    Are you perhaps a Timelord?

You need to provide any update clearly in a new post. While you might have a full understanding of what's gone on and what has changed, we are dealing with up to 100 separate cases a day, and with the best will in the world can't be expected to remember how your 'update' changes that which you originally posted!

Noted, I've now updated. Well, not really an update, was just curious about how they decide to bring one to small claim...

I have no idea what is going on here.

You left us hanging with your previous PCM thread so we have no idea how that ended.

You mention a main thread, but I have no idea what that is.

You have given us no information on this thread.

Please, if you have received a PCN and want help, tell us what has happened, what you have done so far, and how you would like us to help, because I for one have no clue what this thread is about.
