I have had very poor service from the claims side of this company. Staff are friendly and helpful but do not either listen or they don't understand even with dash cam footage evidence. I had to repeatedly tell them them I was claiming not admitting liability. In the end I gave up and told them not pursue my claim. They did give me a small refund to say sorry but it really is not worth the saving or headache joining. Dont do it.

We are with Darwin since last April 2021. Unfortunately we had an accident in December and our car was a write off. We were told our claim had been flagged up to be manually checked. However about 4 weeks after the claim they paid us for our car and was a really good price they gave us.0

Why not post the dash cam footage? Unfortunately have seen many CCTV videos etc (my time was before dash cams) where the policyholder said it clearly supported them but as a more or less independent person look at it the video was inconclusivepadstewart said:I have had very poor service from the claims side of this company. If you claim from your insurance then your insurers have the right to determine liability as they see fit and whilst most will try to get their customer to agree with their determination its not technically required.0
