Toucan Giving Platform

Has anyone used this, it was on Dragons Den and seems to be an easy way of giving without ending up on charity data lists and having endless phone calls and junk mail.  But the fees are quite high especially for smaller donations.

I don't know anything about this, and I wouldn't call myself a frequent user of charity donation sites like JustGiving etc, but what I would say is that I make my donations anonymously as far as the charity is concerned - I have to give my name and address in order to GiftAid but I ask for these details not to be passed on to the charity. It's never been a problem: I cannot track any phone calls or junk mail back to these activities. 

When I once gave directly to a charity following the death of a friend, I said I did not wish to hear from them again, and when they ignored this request I reminded them of it: not a problem since. 

So I personally would not be prepared to pay high fees in order to avoid a problem which hasn't been a problem for me. 

BTW, I had a quick look and JG appears to have an App - which I personally wouldn't use but you might - so what is the USP for Toucan?
