E.On energy email

Is there any way to contact E.On by email? They don't seem to give an email address.

We have been trying to resolve an issue for over two years (essentially, a common issue in new-build flats, where postal address and plot number are different). I thought E.On had agreed a long time ago that they would not pursue any alleged debt until the dispute between them and me was settled. But they are just back to claiming that I owe them money and that they may install a pay-as-you-go meter. Even an email will probably leave them confused, but any other method of explaining the plot/post address confusion would probably get even more involved, given that they have made such a mess of things so far. I certainly would not want to risk dealing with it by phone.

Unfortunately, their letter gives an account number, but no other details, so I can't check the MPAN and serial number that they claim belong to this account. Of course they may send me an actual bill some time in the future, which would help.

Actually, it's even more complicated than I have said, but I don't want to bother people with the details unless they are really interested. Just an effective email address that I can use to write to them is what I need at present. I could, of course, just send them a letter by post.
