Plevin claim

Options
Hi all not posted for a long time I have recently been made aware of the Plevin court case. My hubby had a credit card with Lloyds and we had a PPI claim upheld sometime ago. This was pre Plevin so it wasn’t automatically checked for Plevin. Can we still claim as we obviously didn’t claim for this before.

If we can claim how do we do this and is there a letter template anywhere?
THANKS IN ADVANCE

If you've already had redress, you don't get any more.  Plevin didn't apply to upheld complaints.

Plevin cases were only applicable when someone's complaint for miss-sale was rejected - you could argue that even though you were not miss-sold, the commission might have been higher than the maximum, thus could get the difference over the limit. If your complaint was successful, then you have already been refunded, so Plevin doesn't apply
