Ebay Item that buyer did not collect from C&C shop, not returned to sender

Hi, I sold one of my hand crocheted blankets on ebay for £60. The address was a collect plus shop however the buyer did not collect the item and it was collected by parcel point, I think, to be returned to me. The seller was refunded by ebay and I received my money however I have not received the blanket back even though my address was on the reverse and my email compliment slip inside the parcel. This was a month ago.
I realise everyone has been compensated but would love to know what happened to the blanket.

Have you asked parcel point?

I’m concerned that you still have your money , that implies the item was lost and someone somewhere knows it. Usually the funds returned to the buyer come back out of the sellers managed payment accounts, the seller doesn’t get to keep them.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. The tracking shows buyer did not receive the item (or didn't collect - either way).
It shows the seller does not have their item returned back to them.
Hence eBay just do the easiest thing and refund both parties since neither are really at fault.2 -

Thanks everyo tne for replying to my query. The buyer fortunately emailed me the collection slip which proved that the item had been delivered to the shop. I dont know why she was refunded within two weeks of it going missing. I would love to know where the blanket ended up. I have contacted ebay, yodel collect plus and parcelpoint and they cant help as I didnt have a tracking no for it leaving the shop.0

Not sure why it's concerning you? Surely you should be concerned that it took 5 weeks for yours.0
