Ticketmaster Advice Needed

Hi, wondering if anyone can give me some advice. My daughter bought a festival ticket through Ticketmaster on a deposit scheme. She’s been paying on time every month and paid £160 off and owes about the same again. The last payment coincided with a change to her bank card that they take the payment from so the payment failed. We’ve been trying since the notification to update her payment details by filling in support tickets on her accounts which we’ve done 3 times and just getting a standard reply back. Last night we had another text saying they were going to try to collect the payment again today but it won’t go through as the card is no longer in use. There terms are if you missed a payment they will cancel the ticket and keep the money. I’ve tried everything and don’t know what to do. My daughter is a uni student and working to pay for this so it will be devastating to lose the ticket for a sold out event and her money. If anyone has any advice I’d appreciate it. Thanks

Have you tried contacting the bank to see if they can help? What sort of change to a bank card?

Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

Hi, we can’t contact the bank as she did as switch that Martin recommended so the previous account is closed and the card has been cancelled.
I think they are having issues with payments and with a nonexistent customer service support nothing is happening and issues aren’t being dealt with…
