AO query

I’ve bought my first product from AO - a washer dryer. I’ve had it for about a month. Today it started leaking (I think from the door seal). Contacting AO seems challenging. The website says to contact the manufacturer in the first instance. Given my contract is with AO and they offer a 100 quibble free guarantee, surely I should be speaking to them?
Does anybody have experience of dealing with AO over such issues?

They don't offer a 100 quibble free guarantee, they offer free 100 day returns. The 'free' means that there is no charge for returning it. If it's unused you get 100% refund. If it's used, as yours is, you get up to 50% depending on the state it's in.

That is no use to you. Your machine is faulty. They don't say you must contact the manufacturer. They say you can do that but 'if you want to speak to us, we can support you through the process.'

    Speak to them.
