Plastering

Approximately how much will it cost to skim a room 3m x 2.7m (2.2m high).  I’m in the North West

    It will be a days work. Possibly one person, although the plasterer may well bring a little helper. Budget £400-500 including materials, and you shouldn't be far off the mark.
    Just don't let them clean their tools and tip the water down your drain. It will block the pipes.

    2 or 3 days ago I watched the plasterers at the neighbour's house wash all their equipment and buckets out and tip it down the neighbour's drain !!
