Got offered V12 from EON as V11 gone

I contacted them today and said I struggled to get through in the week and they gave me v11. Try them again. Other posters said it depended who you spoke to.0

If it helps I just wrote this tonight..
“Hello I thought I applied for Eon fixed v11 on Monday 28th Feb but it looks like it hasn’t gone through as the bill below shows me on a different tariff and when I logon into my account it doesn’t work properly. Please can you confirm that I’m on the v11 fixed for 1 year if not please can you fix the problem so I am onto this tariff as I have no idea why my online account isn’t working correctly.”
And got this result back 30mins later 😉
“Thank you for your email 😎I can confirm your tariff has been switched over to the Next Online v11. I have honoured this on this occasion, however if a similar situation arises in the future where you cannot select the tariff you would like you will have to select a tariff which is available to you.
If there is anything else I can help you with please do not hesitate to contact us.

Worth a try it worked for me but i guess it depends who picks it up good luck0 -
I believe the v11 tariff was being honoured to those who have tried contacting up until Friday at midnight and then was being removed from their system for the v120
