PFP to British Gas - Late Final Bill?
Everyone's getting their PFP "final bills" in the post at the moment, which is a long time after we were all switched to British Gas, and a long time since we were due our final bills.
Who is liable for the £30 "late final bill" charge in this situation? It doesn't seem like PFP are taking complaints at the moment?

There is no £30 "late final bill" payment due in this situation as PFP collapsed.0

Interesting. Is there no £30 payable because of some exception in the rules, or is it because their license to operate has been withdrawn (and the 'rules' themselves no longer apply)

Your supply was not interrupted, your credit (if you had any) was protected. Have you ever thought of counting your blessings?

In/out with nothing major, but I was overnight nonetheless. A friend pointed out that I can get a few quid from my private medical insurance for overnight stays. Only worth about £50.Likewise, if I can get £30 from some firm for them not playing by the rules, then I'll be sure to pursue it. They're happy enough to charge me fees if I'm late paying.Their license disappearing does make sense though, so that's that. Worth a punt.
