You said 'as long as' but you missed out the phrase before it, that this ''will be the end of the matter.''PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks,Coupon-mad said:You said 'as long as' but you missed out the phrase before it, that this ''will be the end of the matter.''
I've wrote and sent this, I cut out the other parts referring to 12.3 as I wasnt quite sure if I was correct on those points.Hi,
Please see attached the signed consent order and this will be the end of the matter, as long as;
(a) this consent order is accepted by the court to set aside the CCJ, and
(b) DCBLegal or your client pay the £275I believe you are wrong in regards to 13.2 and it certainly does apply and the fact your client is willing to pay the £275 it shows that you must know the service was not effective.
Can I be copied into any correspondence when you send this to the court for my own records

Had my video hearing today and I kid you not, I was on the call for a matter of 1 or 2 minutes, the judge said that they would accept the consent order written by the claimant and that would be all. I asked if there was anything else we needed to go over and they said no, but did advise it might take a while for the CCJ to be removed.
In hindsight I could have asked for the £95 for me taking the day off work or whatever, however I'm not overly that fussed about it and am happy that I at least get my court fee back.
I assume the court will now write to me and the claimant also, confirming details of the court case
Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get this removed from my file? As my next step is now going to try get a mortgage.

Did they pay the £275 yet? I would expect that to follow asap, given they agreed to do so.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Not yet, I sent them my bank details yesterday to make the payment as they advised.Coupon-mad said:Did they pay the £275 yet? I would expect that to follow asap, given they agreed to do so.
I guess they will wait to get confirmation from the court that they accept the consent order etc1 -
Hi sorry if I am asking a stupid question but is the Skeleton Argument the same as putting forward your defence. I have a set aside hearing against UKPC for which I need to send a defence by next Monday. My case is very similar in that they served at an address I havent been at since 2019.0
