Has anyone had any experience with the above? I instructed a solicitor to work on my purchase but had to find a different one as they weren't on the panel for my lender.
The above have advised me that they are on the lenders panel and I have been offered the mortgage so I assume that they are.
I only have 3 weeks to exchange contracts and I am still waiting for Simply Move Conveyancers to send me my paperwork/welcome pack. Just wondering if anyone has dealt with them and can share their experience please?

Three weeks? Yeah that's not going to happen, so whoever imposed that deadline will need to revisit it!
