Does anyone have the above or the plus version? I am considering getting one as looking for an account with "pots" . Do you find it easy to use? Do I need the app or can I access via online banking too?

Probably worth looking through the main thread about this:

I have those TSB accounts; always found the website easy to use. TSB had IT problems a few years ago, but other than that, I've not had cause to complain. I use the online banking on my desktop mostly.I also bank with Starling via their app which I find very user friendly too - and Starling has pots, which this bank calls "Spaces".1

The main reason I'm considering the tsb s&s is as I already bank with them & like their interface.DiamondLil said:I have those TSB accounts; always found the website easy to use. I made a separate post here about why I want pots

Maybe you can shed light on how the pots fit into the overall s&s account?

The pots can only be used via the app; I'd imagine they work exactly like the savings accounts one can open using online banking. As you already bank with TSB why not install the app and see how it goes ?

Yes I think I'll give it a go & see hopefully nothing to lose if I don't like it can switch away.DiamondLil said:The pots can only be used via the app; I'd imagine they work exactly like the savings accounts one can open using online banking. Is there a charge for the account?
Can you make payment out of the pots/s&s account or are the very much geared towards saving ie money that goes in you can't move out (or limitations on moving it out)0 -

Yes I have looked at those but sometimes it easier to get answers from someone who actually uses the account as then it gives insight into how user friendly it is etc intsead of me sitting trawling through 20+ pages of small print for each of the accounts.Daliah said:little_green said:

I'm also no seeing where exactly those links answer all my questions but as I say someone who uses the account would have knowledge/experience of this0 -
The link answer your questions about account charges and whether you can make payments from the pots.little_green said:

The pots can only be set up via the app, or in a Branch. Once set up, however, you can add and remove money in online banking, too.DiamondLil said:The pots can only be used via the app; I'd imagine they work exactly like the savings accounts one can open using online banking.
