yeah, actually posting a thread on MSE gets ranked on google fast. Often I'll post here asking others for help, then try and do my own independant research on google and my own thread shows up on top of search results.

If the claimant's CCJ's did have any relevance in a situation of that kind then it is more likely it would be to the benefit of the claimant.Having a CCJ doesn't mean you can't be defamed.0
