My first bill arrived, i noticed that my gas was on the deemed tarrif...I contacted them twice and was informed it was a mistake  and would be rectified on both occasions...I have just checked my account to find they have moved both gas and electricity to their deemed ( flexible) tarrif. I understand that they cannot switch a fixed tarrif without my consent...correct?

How did you get on to the fixed tariff and what were the rates and expiry dates?

I was acquired by EDF from Gren network energy when they folded..When my contract came for renewal they offerad me this ( too good to pass up even in Aug when i accepted) 
Rates E. 19.89.      S/C. 19.84
           G. 3.898.      S/C.  19.86
