OVO Energy - standing daily charge

Can others check their energy suppliers predicted energy charges as OVO Energy is planning on more than double the “Daily Standing Charge” the Gas is increasing to 28p per KWH and electricity is increasing to 29p per KWH - why is OVO increasing an operating cost which will NEVER decrease as shareholders would lose substantial income and OVO share price would ultimately decrease! - From / after April 2022 OVO and other energy providers share price probably increase…let’s see…

Approximately 18.6p per day of the E standing charge increase is for the recovery of money to OFGEM from companies going under. Whether the 18.6p will ever be taken off after the money is recouped is anyone's guess, personally I don't think it will be taken off the SC and next April will see another 11p added to the electric SC for repayment of the £200 loan but not a loan from the government. 
I think once charges are added to electric or gas bills people will at most only see a very slight decrease, if any, to their electric and gas bills SC's

The price is set by Ofgem based on network costs, OVO (any other provider) or the shareholders have almost no power over the standing charge.

Good morning. I hope I am posting in the right place.  My ovo Acount is in credit by over £300. .  Now with ovo interest reward I should be getting over £0.90.   But I get only £0.90 I reward, nterest.  I have sent them email asking to explain this to me but I get no reply.
