Energy supplier recommendation? (British Gas customer here)

Hi.

Does anyone recommend the best(cheap) energy supplier? I am a British Gas customer for the last 10yrs and I am paying £38 PM. As all we have under the same situation, this price will increase to around £54 I guess.

Is it worth it that I switch to another supplier and get a better price? or just leave it as all other suppliers will increase the price as well?

So far I am comfortable with £38.. I never use any other suppliers I don't know how much price gap between British Gas and others.

Best bet is probably to stay put and stick to the standard variable tariff. No point switching since all other suppliers are more or less charging the same due to the price cap.
