Warm home discount and moving house

Hope this is ok to post here. I’ve just received an e mail from Boost saying I have been awarded the £140 warm homes discount. It is due to be credited in April.  I am on prepayment meter. However I am due to move house in 3 weeks time ( to a house with a pre payment meter with eon next) can I transfer the discount or will I lose it?  Or should I switch the new house to Boost and hope the discount goes with me?  Sorry for the long post but I’m clueless with things like this.

It should be paid in March at the latest., inwouod ring and explain and see if they can get it done quicker.
