British Gas SOLR transfer period Standing Charge

I got my first Bill from BG after moving from PFP energy in late November. And that covered from the 4th October. Shortly afterwards on the 3rd December there were extra charges shown as Miscellaneous document of £5.51 & £5.97. These I gather are standing charges to cover the changeover. Today I got my latest bill covering end of November to end of February. They include the outstanding balance from my PFP account which was credited it about a week ago. On the bill there is listed two SOLR transfer period Standing Charges of £5.69 & £5.25 which are dated as 3rd December. Why would I have to pay that outstanding SC period twice (roughly) or does that seem correct?
