Came across the thread as ive just received a claim form from County Court Business centre for Highview Parking PCN 2020. Do i raise a new post to get some assistance?.

First please read two Announcement threads at the top of the forum.  Start with the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

Then read the Template Defence thread linked there.

Then (after reading both) start your own new Discussion showing us your planned amendments to para 2 and 3 of the defence, and telling us the 'date of issue' on the claim.  But not here.

I think you have the wrong person here. This was my thread initially and I filed my defence in good time with the updated defence a while back with the supplied template.

I am now at the DQ stage and Will update on my progress with the new template.

With  no clues at all that you had filed a Defence, I was giving you a reminder.

OK, clarity was clouded by other posters.

I thought I'd posted that I'd filed my defence but I was mistaken so my mistake.

Will update with case the accordingly.
