As an aside, it's a shame Scotland has the rules it has. So far as tenancies are concerned, Scotland has many advantages over the English system, but when it comes to lodgers I think England's more laid-back approach is far better.LLs should not be at risk of getting stuck long-term with an unpleasant lodger in their own home.0
