Hi
I bought an Emma mattress in December I have some queries about the current condiiton after 2 months, i have emailed Emma support and keep getting told my images/video are not good enough and they want me to film it in different lights positions etc everytime I submit the images they just reply back images not good enough.
The images I have sent them are below, I just want to know if the mattress should be this shape and bobblling after 2 months.

They tell me the images are not good enough to know the issue.
Any advice please as £300 is a lot to spend on a mattress that may not be right after just two months.

I can't see the issue from the images either - what is wrong with the mattress?1

I can't see it, sorry0

I think I can see the bobbling you mean.
I suppose the issue is whether it's purely cosmetic and superficial (and as a mattress it won't be noticeable) or whether it affects the comfort and/or support given by the mattress. Does it?0 -
Don't you get 100 days to trial it with no questions asked free return?0

In response to your comment on comfort it is fine now, but what if that changes in the future, Emma has a quality reputatuon and I expect it to last many years.
I have a mattress protector over it it isn't as though I have just slept directly on it.

I don't think I'd be too worried about the bobbling I can see from the photo's. There's no other sign of damage to the fabric. I always put a duvet as well as a mattress protector over the top for comfort but not sure that would be appropriate for the foam type of mattress like this.1

It looks like a cosmetic issue, that you can presumably only see with the bed stripped of its sheets...
I probably wouldn't worry about it, unless the bobbling is making it incomfortable to sleep on.1
