Defaults & No Data

Good afternoon, was wondering if anyone could offer some insight.
I have some defaults on my credit reports, the default dates & balances are showing (some incorrect) but they are marked with No Data every month.
I pay via Stepchange DMP.
Is it correct/normal to be marked with No Data if defaulted? Would my monthly payments still not be logged?
Thank you

It should show as a monthly default. Until the defaults are settled, it's not something you need to worry about.1

No data means nothing was logged for the month. If it has been sold on the new company might not bother updating but it would still drop off at 6 years.Or they could just be too busy to bother updaing and will at some point. (if it has been sold on and is showing under the new company or not sold on feel free to complain to get them to update until DMP finished it matters little).1

Thank you, its under the DCA's names and its been for the last few years its just marked as no data, but says last updated every month so just wondered if it was normal to update them with No Data.
I'm hoping to get some dates backdated to when the troubles first started...wish me luck ha0 -

I'm hoping to get some dates backdated to when the troubles first started...wish me luck haMay as well try that now. I was successful in that 10/12 odd years ago. Was mearly writing to the complaints department and knowing what to say. I always send two letters, signed for and unsigned and point out I have done this in the letter. (no idea if that helped but seemed sensible to me).0
