Hello, I booked a holiday with loveholidays in sep2021 but still not received my booking information. I've tried various telephone numbers but it always says to put in the booking number which I don't have. Can anyone help please help me i cant even find an email address for them I'm due to go away on the 12th May to icmiler turkey through loveholidays. plz help with any information. Thank you nalcolm

Hello, yes I've checked all of my folders. Every time I go online it asks for a booking reference number which I don't have and didn't get i. Tryi g to find an email address but no luck as yet

 You didn't get a confirmation email after booking? 

 Did you actually book it if not. Check your card statements

is it possible you may have had a typo in your email address?
when booking online, I usually jot down or take a screenshot/photo of the reference number that appears on the screen (or keep the tab open) until email confirmation of the same is received
Is there any reference on your card statement?

Check you cc statement for September, maybe it didn't go through.

The credit card statement and corresponding charge line from Love Holidays may also contain the booking reference number.

Thank you westlin. I definitely know that the money was sent too them as ive contacted the credit card company and they confirmed this too me I'll have another look. Cheers too everyone else for your responce
