pre paid meter to smart pay as you go meter
Hi all
I have received an e-mail regarding changing my pre paid meter to a smart pay as you go meter.
Could any one clarify that this means no change to my current status of being on a higher tariff due to being on a pre payment.
My thinking is smart meters are the basically the same as my current pre paid and you top up via card or phone etc, and would be on a lower tariff?
Or am i being misinformed regarding the swap?
I would like to come off a pre paid system for obvious reasons now.
I am with bulb.
Any advice gratefully appreciated.
Thanks

Once you have a smart meter you can switch to a credit account without a further meter change. That is for you to discuss with Bulb.I am with bulb.
