Can anyone recommend anywhere to get decent quality fitted seat covers? I'm hoping to have the car for years and want to try keeping it looking decent for as long as I can, so don't really fancy the cheap badly fitting generic ones.

Car is a Citroen Berlingo.

  • Does either of your cars have airbags fitted into the seats ?  If so you will need to take this into account when looking for your seat covers as cheap ones might not take this into account.

Just a thought, might be manufacturer only for safety if they do.

Suggest a Google search for Volvo car seat covers or even a Volvo owners forum to see if there may be another owner that’s asked a similar question already

I ended up just getting a generic bench cover and cut holes out for the seatbelts/isofix, which is a pain to use but does the job.

The good ones should have specially weakened stitching around the airbags so that they'll deploy through the cover. They come out with a lot of power so it shouldn't be an issue anyway, but I'd definitely get ones designed for the car.

I use Wet Okole seat covers. They look good though I washed them in a washing machine many times. It is very convenient, especially if you have children and a dog. Also, they are waterproof and UV-resistant. I didn't regret buying these covers.
