Hi. Is there anywhere on the Land Reg website that shows a list of the release dates for the price paid data? I know there is for their house price index but I can't find anything for price paid info.

Have you looked at Rightmove website for Sold prices ?
Others on the internet.
If it's very recent the Land Registry is taking months to update sold prices and new owner details0 -
The Rightmove info comes from the Land Reg. I just wanted to know the release schedule for the Land Reg numbers. Their website isn't the easiest to navigate - or maybe it's just me.dimbo61 said:Have you looked at Rightmove website for Sold prices ?

If it helps my recent sale Land Registry updated the title deeds by mid-December and the info is now on Land Registry website (and indeed Zoopla etc.).
Our purchase, where the title deeds were updated late January (despite Completing on the same day) hasn't yet made it's way the Land Registry website.
The info on the LR website can be a bit unreliable. I know of instances where a sale has happened but it's never been updated (even though title deeds have been correctly transferred etc.).
EDIT: Quick google search tells me that their "price paid data" gets uploaded on the 20th working day of each month.....which by my calculations - is TODAY.1 -

Indeed! It took me to some page buried within the land registry section on Gov.uk.westv said:
Ah! I didn't see that. It's a pity that Google is more helpful than going via the LR homepage LOL!Mahsroh said:
