in Insurance & life assurance
I received a letter last March explaining computerquote would not deliver home insurance anymore so I took out a different policy, however I’ve just seen I have continued to have a direct debit go out in their name. I’ve no further correspondence from either them or A plan insurance who took over some policies (but my belief was not mine)
can anyone help? And can I get this money back?

    Contact them and discuss, in particular offer to show you took out insurance elsewhere based on their correspondence

    Thank you. The issue I’m having is finding out how to contact them. Website not working, phone number rings out, Twitter doesn’t seem active, Facebook page gone.
