Ideal Home Show free tickets via MSE

I managed to get 2 free tickets for the Ideal Home Show, when I first applied it advised children under 15 go free and from memory they do not need an actual ticket. I have since contacted SEE tickets and they have said all of the 'infant' tickets have reached capacity and that I need to visit the box office on the day and they will look to accommodate my request which is subject to availability.
I am at a bit of a loose end in what to do, go as 2 adults and my child, but then have a risk that my chid cannot enter the show?
Wondering if anyone has any advice on this.
