Small claims

I am wanting to take an issue I have to the small claims court (faultycar) I have been back to the place of purchase and sent a letter telling them of my intention to take it further I believe I have to do these things before I can go any further can anyone tell me the next steps to take please I am in England many thanks

Before you start spending money on a court case, be aware that you do have specific rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - see below -

Many thanks for your reply can you tell me what I need to do next as I've already been back to place of purchase and sent a written letter of complaint with no joy I feel my only other option is to go through the small claims court0
