Aviva motor claim form

Hi

I was involved in an accident 2 days ago and since then I’ve been trying to make a claim. Despite doing all my communication with Aviva via MyAviva in the past and despite trying various contact numbers and the app for the past two days, I’ve been unsuccessful. I tried a web chat and was given a number to call for help. I called and was told they’re aware of the issue and they would send me a claim form via email. No form arrived, so I called again. I’m still waiting for the form, nothing in my inbox and nothing in Spam. Anyone who has recently made a claim with Aviva Motor Insurance and has a blank insurance claim form could you please post it here so I can download it and use it. Thanks

Thanks, but I tried that and I just got sent in a circle back to th page listing all their policies. Try it yourself an watch what happens.

I've not got a policy so I'll take your word for that.

I'd forget the form. Just send all the details to avivamotorclaims@aviva.com
