Pentagon Lincoln sold me a Faulty Car and refused to refund until The Motor Ombudsman intervened

The 45 ppm is the approved amount permitted without incurring an income tax liability and is set to cover depreciation, fuel, insurance, wear and tear, maintenance, etc.
The "return car" scenario, the levy is only to cover the depreciation which, oddly and particular to current circumstances, the depreciation for the garage was zero as the £10k car from June was marketed at the higher price of £14k in November.1 -

Lets face it. They refunded you because the asset was now worth more than you paid them for it, even with the higher mileage.
They clearly got under your skin, because your short version contains a lot of noise. I'd move on, advertising this months after seems somewhat pointless.2 -

Pentagon paid what they owned only because The Motor Ombudsman (TMO) scared them into doing it, hence the quick refund after TMO's intervention.I've asked for a refund the next day after purchase, Pentagon refused it after admitting they sold me a faulty car.The Consumer Rights are NON-NEGOTIABLE.
