Just Eat account credit

I don't know wherecthis post fits, but this seems like a good place.
I just found quite a bit of money behind Just Eat's couch. Sometimes Just Eat applies account credit rather than refund to your card. I just got such account credit applied, but realised it wasn't being used when I placed orders. I read the terms as slowly as I could, and they say:
- The account credit can only be used for credit and debit card and cash orders
I was using Google Pay, which in my mind was "credit card". But no, they meant I should use my card directly with them. I had 20 quid sitting there for almost a year now.
