CP PLUS BURY Woodfield centre Tesco car park

I received a PARKING charge from CP Plus, I’d overstayed the 3 hour parking, A payment of £100 within 28 days or reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days. Has a result of reading this forum. I copied this Appeal notice.

I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.

There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.

it worked within a week I got an email saying the charge had been cancelled and no further action will be taken.

I’d have panicked if they had took it further  . But really glad I took them on.
