  • Thanks Fruitcake - Now I know what you are talking about. Yes I submitted the acknowledgement of service and then in the required time frame it stated (which I think was before 28 days or 14 days sorry cant I cant remember which..have lots going on) i then sent the defence.

Could I ask you, Is the only way to find section 7 of the defence thread to just put it into the search bar? Im not very good with technology.

What do you mean by "section 7 of the defence thread"?

Are you perhaps referring to my post on Saturday
    26 February at 11:44PM where I said...
Go back to the first post on that template Defence thread and continue following the list of actions found there... starting with item 7...

If so, in your opening post  you told us you "copied your template for defending a claim".

You copied that from the template Defence thread, so look there for that list you were following when you filed your Defence and read item 7 onwards on the list found there.

  • Yes I was referring to you post. Originally I just happened to stumble across the defence via google KeithP and it bought me here .... Im wondering how I find it again. just via the search bar??

The guide to court is in the second post of the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES. There is a checklist there and you were asked to go back and read point 7 of that list.
The defence template is in a different sticky Announcement.

All sticky Announcements are "stuck" to the top of the main parking forum page. The one where you started this thread.

It's one of the first half a dozen threads on the thread index page.
    The thread entitled...
Suggested template defence to adapt for all parking charge cases where they add false admin costs

The list you are looking for is in the opening post on that thread.
  • I wrote what you put it bold into the search box and got it that way. I do not understand what Fruitcake means by stickys at the top of thread.

Im really sorry everyone im aware you are all super busy and get inundated with questions..... I ma not trying to waste anyone's time but ive re read the thread and it just states "you send a copy to the courts and a copy to the claimant company" It doesn't state whether I can do this via email or if it has to be posted. Am I able to send via email direct to the court or does it have to go via post of the goverment database? im sorry for the basic questions and extremely grateful for your responses.

Go back to the main parking forum page where you started this thread when you clicked on the Create Post button.

You will find a number of Announcements that are stuck to the top of that page. Their position may change, but they will always be at the top of the main forum page. The NEWBIES sticky thread has a guide to court in the second post that includes a to-do list. You should be following that list.
